This Refund Policy explains our policy regarding payments and refunds for Dispatch Maxx ("Service"). By subscribing to the Service, you agree to this policy.
1. No Refunds
All payments made to Dispatch Maxx are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds, credits, or pro-rated amounts for:
- Unused time remaining in a billing period after cancellation
- Partial months of service
- Periods during which you did not use the Service
- Any other reason
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at support@dispatchmaxx.com. Upon cancellation, your access to the Service will continue until the end of the current paid billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
3. Failed Payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to notify you by email. Access to the Service may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
4. Exceptions
In cases of duplicate charges or billing errors on our part, we will issue a full refund for the erroneous charge. Please contact us within 30 days of the charge at support@dispatchmaxx.com.
